Yes they may be for the pictures but it seems she was wearing them for the whole evening for some fashion event. I think the round toe versions (as worn by J-Lo) replace last seasons pointy toe version (as worn by Gwen). They are a 2004 model. I don't know the model/style name. The 2005 version has a rounded toe, the same heel, and is available with either a 4 or 5 inch heel.
