In the http://www.putfile.com/pic/7711240'> profile pictures of the boots it looks like the heel is not vertical but cants out past the back of the boot. I had a pair of chap boots that were constructed this way and I had a problem walking in them. I had to have the heel lowered until the heel was vertical. Has this been a problem for you?
