It has a pull down ladder that I successfully negotiated with my brand new thigh high 4 1/2 inch stiletto boots. You'll see what I was wearing at the time; I would call them f**k me boots!!!!! Besides, it is a boot fetish thing, and as a boot fetishist, what could be more natural. Incredibly, I bought these boots this morning for only $34.95, US 11!!! I see it for me.I have to admit I wore once 7 inch platforms to hang up a curtainrail and it was fantastic. Didn't need a step or anything.
