This picture appeared on the "Fashion Spot" website, posted by a member called "Alejandro" yesterday. They are Clichy style with 6" (16cm) heels custom "made by Louboutin for David Lynch's fetish photo exhibition." Image credit is to "wallpaper.com" and "The Fashion Spot" forum.
