Maximilian Posted May 6, 2007 Author Share Posted May 6, 2007 Thanks for the output guys. I regard high heel shoes/boots no differently then my other non heel shoes/boots. They are supposed to contribute/add/blend to the overall outfit. After all, they are an accessory. They are not supposed to stand out from the outfit. If they do, then you're doing something wrong. Personally, I would never wear a pair of shiny red patent 6 inch stiletto thigh boots because no matter what outfit I'd wear, they would stand out and make me look "cheap". I like the more classy look and the high heels I have are very good quality. You could say I like the business/more conservative look. I also think my body build helps me pull off the look I'm looking for (I'm 5'5 and have an athletic build). In all honesty, I think that if I'd wear a pair of block heels or a more square shaped heel, nobody would notice it in public.
