IIRC you're one size up from me, and it took me a weekend to get to be pretty confident in my six inch heels. Slightly disappointing actually, I bought them intending to not be able to walk in them! Jen I got them off Ebay, can't remember where from though. The states I think. They are not set up for any particular size, you can adjust the front straps back and forth.
