Chris I would agree with that statement. Perhaps I don't get out enough, but I don't see much in the way of black knee high boots these days but would certainly love to! Last winter they were both wearing boots with 3" stiletto heels and it was quite a distraction every time they walked past my desk! On the other hand though, you get to wear heels yourself. When I was 19 I was dating a very nice girl for almost a year and she had EXACTLY the same pair of boots and EXACTLY the same kind of skirt.
