From what I can remember, it followed a split from her previous boyfriend, who was by all accounts a catalyst to the extreme corseting and ballet heel wearing (these were already interests of hers). She still tight laces but tends to wear an 18", not the ultra extreme (but gorgeous 14"). Seemingly the ballet heels are not part of her lifestyle at the moment. Big D PS.
