Shoemakers think that tall Ladies do not want to be even taller. (Wrong I think) I like a lot tall women in very High heel. Regarding the catalog in Tallgalls, they do higher heels for larger sizes. I know it from my own experience. Where they say 3" (7 cm) it is 4" (10 cm) for Eu 44. Have a look to www.maraymara.com They sell by internet but they have no shop in Madrid.
