Diana High Heels Posted January 10, 2005 Share Posted January 10, 2005 If you go to www,bananashoes.com you will see some 71\2" shoes and boots without a platform, they must rank as about the highest heel apart from ballet heels but I personally do not rate ballet heels as having an heel, to me an heel is when you have an arch with bent toes.
