I often see the phrases 'buy a proper fitting/good quality shoe' and 'with the right training' etc I would be interested to hear your personal experiences of your 'training' to wear such heels easily, and what you define as a good shoe, and perhaps a manufacturer you could mention for your example thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am now at least half-way, having written 50 chapters to date, and I am trying to cover all aspects of the experiences of me and my friends wearing high heels, which types are best, footcare, exercises, training etc. I hope this is of interest to you!
