She was wearing a full Micheal Jackson look (black suit, white shirt, black tie, black hat, braded pony tail, black stilleto boots). I wish I could have snapped a pic, but it would have been too obvious as she was walking out of the store (711) towards me as I was pumping gas. I did a snapshot with my phone camera. The photo doesn't do the boots justice. I actually spent half of the time in the store close to the woman just admiring her boots from a delicate distance and thus forgot what I needed to buy myself _______________ HH forever! It may have something to do with me wearing stiletto boots while shopping. So far I have never seen a woman wearing stilettos in the grocery store, but I know they've seen me. Talking of street shot sightings, I went to the local shopping centre with my girl the other day, there's some great shoes and boots in the sales, especially the big names like dune, faith, moda en pie, dorothy perkins etc. While walking around there were some great heels being worn, mostly sexy stiletto knee high black boots but also a very nice pair of black courts with a tall thin steel metal heel! If, of course, you have permission from the individual, then ignore this baffoon on his soap box. It has been raised before a number of times - hence the rule for modifying the photo so you can't see the face. Note though it's perfectly legal to take photos of people in public, as long as they're not considered indecent e.g. up someone's skirt. The people in these photos are wearing these clothes and shoes in public and are seen by many many people - they may be flattered that someone likes their look so much they take a photo! I for one enjoy seeing the heel fashions in different parts of the world worn by real women. It's much more true to life than say a fashion magazine. One who intentionally intrudes, physically or otherwise, upon the solitude or seclusion of another or his private affairs or concerns, is subject to liability to the other for invasion of privacy, if the intrusion would be highly offensive to a reasonable person." Essentially anyone can be photographed without their consent except when they have secluded themselves in places where a reasonable expectation of privacy would be implicit: dressing rooms, restrooms, medical facilties, and inside their homes. Furthermore, no profit is being peddled, no private id information is being disseminated, pics are not portaying subjects in false contexts,..... And since any remaining problem is purely moral and morals are relative to the individual, as far as the U.S. is concerned, I'd conclude these pics are acceptable expressions of free speech.
