I am an avid daily high heel wearer and have been for years. I know a lot of women don't wear high heels daily, but on this site the percentage goes way up. For this survey I define high heels as 3 inches or higher and wearing them 4 times a week or more. It's confidential and only takes 2 to 3 minutes (Yes/No or Multiple Choice). I will be interested to see where I match up to other high heel wearers , but it's not a contest. I have posted the survey to other sites as well. I will report back if I get enough responses.
