My comment about 'way back' relates to the fact that I actually was the one back in 1991 to create the Usenet newsgroup alt.sex.fetish.fashion and I maintained its FAQ and website for many years after that (until spam killed it). It had a very strong focus on high heels because that was always my primary passion, although a nice corset or some shiny rubber also has its charm...
