They run large to begin with and I ordered a size up figuring thats normal with ultra high heels, so I usually wear an 11, I ordered 12 and they fit more like 13. There is a spot on the right side boot where the PVC stretched from my foot not properly fitting into the boot (it slides forward due to them being too large) I have only worn them maybe 3 times at most.
