Problem inserting attachments from the second page

Question

When I tried to insert one of my attachments into a post I ran into the following problem.

I clicked - Insert other media > Insert existing attachment > Next

When I got on the second page the "Clear" and "Insert Selected" buttons were gone.

This used to work.

To get it to work I copied the name of the attachment to my clipboard and started over.

I clicked - Insert other media > Insert existing attachment and pasted the file name into the search box at the top of the page which displayed the one attachment I wanted with the "Clear" and "Insert Selected" buttons displayed.  Clicking the attachment image and then "Insert Selected" inserted the attachment into my post.

Ahhhh, indeed, how strange.. The insert attachment wqindow suddenly becomes the entire website page, as if you were browsing your attachments..

Apologies for the delay too, am soooo crazy busy right now, I'll definately be maxed out for the whole of August, not so much towards the end maybe..

At the first opportunity I'll get the devs to sort this out..

Thanks for looking into this issue.

No hurry.  As my 102 year old aunt used to say, "Quality work takes time."

If anyone else experiences this problem, the solution I posted in the initial post in this thread works.

Don't now if a software upgrade fixed it or it was major surgery on the code (or someone rebooted a server), but the problem has been resolved.

Thanks
