"How to get women's true opinions of men in heels insta

Recommended Posts

Not that no one else has ever thought of this, but I posted a message on Style.com's forums. The headline reads, "Introducing a new trend in heels" (he, he--the women thought they were going to read about fashions for women). Check out the results:

Hopefully, some other guys here could catch the fever and post some messages on some of the other fashion forum boards on net. Then give us the links to those forums. Then we could get some interesting honest feedback!

Is an interesting forum, but the majority of posters seem pretty lame, mentally (ex: "are boots ok with a dress?").

Yeah, the people may seem lame and thats because they are the type of women who spend their free time reading Vogue, Cosmopolitan, and other types of women's magazines. Its a great opportunity to learn what women outside of this forum think of men in heels.

Very disapointing responses there all in all, I suppose the Birkenstock lady had a point about them being "boring", I wonder if she considered that mens shoes in general are boring too. I dont think I would post anything there, I suspect you would hear lots of Ewwwwwwwwwwwwww's and "gross" erupting amongst the fashion set.

true but we say there isnt enough heel wearing men around to make it as a fashion to stick. usually a new fashion starts with a few people and everyone laughs/groans, then after a few more appear noone cares. Heels on men isnt going to happen like that because the sight is very rare, so it would be in a good favour to get the idea passed about a bit outside this board. I know weve all heard firefox and our veterans a million times say just go out and f**k what people think which is fair enough, but if it becaume more widely accepted it would certainly make more men a lot more comfortable with the idea.

:D I went there to check out the site. Left a couple so-so posts to see what happens. I found out that replies that do not conform are deleted. Any thing that does not agree with their version of the world gets removed. If you scan the boards index numbers you see lot's of holes. -- Brandy

Interestly enough, the original post is already archived.

But replacing it is a post on Utilikilts.

Question, though - why must they be kilts, especially utilikilts?

Throughout the ages men have worn non-birfucated clothing. The only reason they switched.

I posted a reply, signed "skirtman" (please don't let the kitty out of the bag...)

And "utilikilts" aren't the only thing in town specifically designed for men...

Your average sarong is a unisex garment, as is the macabi travel skirt (http://www.macabiskirt.com/), the skyrong (http://www.datacomm.ch/nothafe/skyreng.html), and about a hundred other designs worn by thousands of men around the world:

http://www.zyra.org.uk/sk4men.htm

And crazy as it seems, I watched a boxing match the other night where one contestant had on what appeared to be spandex underwear (mid-thigh) and a nylon miniskirt! At least it was non-birfurcated, with a flap in front, one in back, and two half-slits in the sides.

And you know what - it looked fine, not feminine at all.

By the way - if even a third of you would get off your duffs and go post a time or two on the fashion website (link in the first post), we'd turn heads from here to Paris as to the rising tide in the change of men's fashion.

Gene, So that was you ,"skirtman!" I actually thought you might have been that guy in Arkansas or Alabama, the IT guy Dale Miller. I'm sure you've seen articles on him promoting men in skirts all over the web. His personal diary sure is depressing though.

Perhaps it's their moderator's way of eliminating "un-pure" (porn) thoughts from the website. :D

Being mentally comfortable in your own mind is the key to wearing heels in public.
