It looks to me like they are easing up on their return policy a bit. See what you think Jim Hello with all, Finally!!! Thanks to Vittorio and this forum, Punitive Shoes finally refunded me the ballet boots which my wife could not carry. As what one never should despair (one year). Large a mercy thus with all and thank you with the service customers for Punitive to have to repair the error of the one of its employees. Vittorio also committed himself modifying their Web page concerning the methods of return of the shoes in the event of problem. I as wrote to Vittorio as it was a shame not to be able to go to Italy to test the shoes on the spot, a day can be?
