meeny Posted November 28, 2012 Share Posted November 28, 2012 I've been away a while, so my old thread got locked. I sorta cycle in and out of projects like a comets orbit. Here's the last of my angel series, the theme being a "good death." The idea was one of comfort at the end of a well-lived life. Death is sometimes referred to the other side of the veil, so the angel is lifting the veil as the act of transitioning the soul. Pata was very gracious to me in encouraging my work, so all thanks to her! Next is a fashion image that was inspired by the Andy Warhol museum, although for the life of me I cannot remember how: And finally there is another fashion/fetishish portrait inspired by a number of sources. The thing I seem to working through includes heels, but it's much more about a complete femininity. Nice rendition of her and a picture to be proud of. Seeing some of her earlier media pictures (I think 2010/11) a couple of poses give a similar feel to the cover of Apocalypticas 7th Symphony.
