My brother has a problem with a chacked heel on his feet. He walks like a duck with his feet pointed outwards. He was born blind, and never learned to walk properly.
If he learns to walk with his feel straight, will the condition of his cracked heels improve? He doesn't have to have upright posture like he's wearing pumps, but there will probably be less stress on his body if he had better posture.
