I have not seen those on sale in the UK, nor sold on any website. Please don't keep us in suspenders any longer, and post more details. Those images are obviously taken out on the street. Need to browse in Harrods or wander up South Moulton and Bond Street to research further methinks. There is a possibility that some maker in Russia/Ukraine is copying the originals. It's almost like a perfect pair of boots for wearing in the kitchen, as if they mimic apron strings. Of course, there is the bondage idea there. Tied into the boots.
