Rockpup Posted October 20, 2014 Share Posted October 20, 2014 I did find out the reason for the Nine West photo showing two girls and a guy wearing blue heels, if you tweet a pic of yourself wearing a pair of their blue shoes they will donate $10 toward breast cancer research. Amazingly, the factory store I stopped at had no blue heels for sale. I am not certain the context of this picture, but I approve of the new Army PT uniform.
