Never, any man that shows up on a billboard in women's cloths would probably be accompanied by, "If you see this person..." because unfortunately most people view any man in women's cloths as a deviant that has unresolved issues. I feel like people do this primarily to establish that they do not associate with what social norms have declared as inappropriate and not because they truly feel that there is anything wrong with the picture. In a nut shell they are scared of what others might think of them if they did not see something wrong with a man advertising in women's cloths.
