I think he's a bit outdated and, if he wanted to make a trademark of his red soles he should have done it when he started. Now it's too late. Many shoemakers have copied his idea, but that doesn't mean he is original with it. And, on the other hand... he should sew almost 80% of world's brands.

He's starting to sound like Apple and their current sewing endeavors.

The truth is he didn't invent the red sole. I put a red sole on a shoe at college in 1995 and it was a pretty old idea even then...

Graduate footwear designer able to advise and assist on modification and shoe making projects.

My God. What would an Apple sewing machine look like. Would it be wireless and only sew patterns bought from their App store? : )
