SF Posted February 26, 2011 Share Posted February 26, 2011 Yes Radiodave, Hand written thank you notes are nice!! I have gotten them twice. One was for an on-line purchase I made at Zappos. The other was from the gal who waited on me at a Marmi shoe store. At Marmi, I told the lady the shoes were for me and she was all smiles and said wonderful. I was looking at one particular style, but she brought out at least 3 other styles as well to try on. It was fun! I wound up buying the one style I was initially looking at. When the thank-you letter came in the mail, I was plesantly surprised.. And yes, I have gone back again! sf "Why should girls have all the fun!!"
