Hard to tell (IMO) where the BOOTS start and end with same goes for the CHAPS, as I thought she's just donning CHAP BOOTS over her Hott Pants with a Long open Sheer Cape\Sleeveless Jacket draping in back. 8-D Boots Rock!!!!
