What do you you wear with them? Seems a skinny jean would be the way to go to show off that color.

Shafted, the boots that is! View my gallery here http://www.hhplace.o...afteds-gallery/ or view my heeling thread here http://www.hhplace.org/topic/3850-new-pair-of-boots-starts-me-serious-street-heeling/ - Pm me if you want fashion advice or just need someone to talk to.

Skinny jeans or black legging with a loose long tan (color similar to the boots) sweater or top of some sort would show off the boots nicely. I have become a huge fan of leggings. They are much more comfortable than jeans (and I have some very comfortable jeans).

I dream of a world where chickens can cross roads without having their motives questioned.

I got these pant boots at payless. These are a good looking boot and have a great fit thanks to the sale women that help me find the one's that fit me right. They have a 4" heel and a small platform.

Nice catch!

Very elegant and stylish boots Schnubab, and the colour looks just great with black. 9inchheel, I'm with Thighbootguy suggestions, though I wonder if plain dark brown leggings might also be a good alternative if that maches the colour of the heels. Love your boots too FreshinHeels and scrappycoco. Wow, I just love winter! :)

If you like it, wear it.

My two recent acquisitions:

Now I just need to find the guts to walk outside in them! Unfortunately, the ankle boots' zipper wasn't lasting long :-( The knee highs are Anne Field, the ankle ones are Dorothy Perkins!

Syphon9, Those are very nice booties. I have a similar pair that came from Nine West a couple years ago. The heel is not quite as thin at yours but the heel height is the same. I like to wear mine with skinny jeans tucked inside. After getting out of the car I always have to re-tuck the jeans back inside the bootie. They are fun to wear and I can put up with the extra trouble. Happy Heeling, bluejay

Some Ankle Boots I picked up from Burlington: First Pair are by Guess - $39.99 post-3445-0-35111500-1354735968_thumb.jppost-3445-0-84753400-1354735972_thumb.jppost-3445-0-12210100-1354735977_thumb.jp 4.25 inch heel. Size 11 Second Pair by Bamboo - $39.99 post-3445-0-45461500-1354735981_thumb.jppost-3445-0-43622500-1354735986_thumb.jppost-3445-0-80343000-1354735989_thumb.jp 3.25-3.5 inch heel. Size 10 (a little snug for my size 10.5-11 feet, but comfortable) Yes, the sneaker wedge madness hit me, too. Wore those home (almost 1.5 mile) with pants covering up the spike details. No odd looks. Walking in them is mostly like regular shoes except for the heel.

I just picked up a pair of these ankle boots. They're pretty high but really comfortable.

Good looking boots, but question though. Do you notice how much different they "walk" than other heels??

I have a few pairs of pumps & boots with the straight heel and they seem to 'slap' when I walk, I've tried many

different styles of stride and they seem to always slap down. Just can't get a comfortable 'rolling' gait.......

Just wondering??

Something else to add, Aldo seems to have some good sales going on - great chance to get some killer (sorry for the pun)

heels.......
