Thanks. In the other photo's they looked like the chains I had seen on another pair of boots I was eyeballing. They look great with zippers as well. Thanks for the closeups.

Very nice looking boots. I also liked the leather jeans. Leather jeans and boots make a great combination. I also like to wear leather dress jeans with boots and my heeled Dansko heeled slides and pumps. Keep the pictures coming! Happy Heeling, bluejay

I have myself a pair of these- pleaser domina 6 inch boots

http://www.amberssecrets.com/catalogue-delivery-approx-223/ankle-boots-1/single-sole-8/pleaser-domina-single-678.htm

which I wear round the house (when I can) and out driving, I must say they are very comfortable and I can wear them all day without any problem.

I have a pair of those in leather. I agree they are comfortable, but the steel shanks are poking out from the ball of the foot. I may take them to a cobbler to resole and keep that from being an issue.

Also, welcome to the board

I'm seriously thinking about saving up to get a pair of Cole Haan Tali Tall waterproof boots. They have about a 3" wedge heel, and if I can find them and they are comfortable I might have to part with $300 to get them. They look like they could be worn nearly anywhere, and with a couple winter trips coming up they might be a fun way to wear heels in the snow :penitent:

As an owner of a pair of Cole Haan boots they are definitely worth the money. Mine just scupted themselves to my feet and ankle stiffness went away very quikly.

New boots, bought these ones today. Four inch wedge heel, soft leather and very comfy to wear.

Very nice, and ideal understated look. Do they do them in black?

1 Thing you may not be aware of is that everybodies computer is different, so what you have for a web browser may be different to many others, even the way its configured, and the system its running on, and even the country your in will give different search results for the exact same search phrases.

Right click on the web address at the top of your browser, then select "copy", then you can right click again, anywhere in your post and select "Paste"

That part is consistent on almost every computer in the world...

Went to a store today and finally bought 2 pairs of 2" platforms with 8" heels. WOW had a real hard time walking in them, the balancing was very difficult. going to take me awhile to get used to them. First time I ever tried on plats most of the time I wear 4-6" reg heels.

Bought some of these earlier but with a sparkly finish. I was so excited buying them I didn't check the quality. Got them home and both of the zippers were broken! I mended one after about an hour of messing about but the puller on the other one snapped on me. I repaired that with a keyring 'ring' but it still wouldn't budge so I took it off completely by removing the stoppers. Now I can't get it back on and I can't return them as I've damage the zipper.

Something is telling me I should just give up and use them without the zips....

I just got my first pairs of boots:

Both are Pleaser, the Seduce 2020 and the Delight 1020 models. The seduce are very comfortable, however have shipped one boot with an incorrect lace size. Both fit extremely well though!

I've got a pair very similar to these, the only difference seems to be that mine has metal lace eyelet...things. They were my go-to boots for almost a year! Nice choices.
