The thing is that sometimes sexuality is taken as some kind of moral depravity and high heels have been typecast as tarty/slutty, but hopefully society has moved on from that and now high heels can be worn as respectably (or disrespectably) as someone wants to behave wearing them. Fishnets used to carry the same prejudice but now they're a mainstream fashion item, and to an extent last year's fashion trends tried to do the same for thigh boots too. For me I'd say that wearing heels is an expression of a more sensual than sexual feeling, but each to their own. If you like it, wear it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
shrimper Posted April 25, 2011 Share Posted April 25, 2011 Hi all, I've read a lot of posts and responses on this forum, and this, combined with the general attitude from regular people about High Heel shoes, I've noticed that a lot of people do not consider High Heels to be sexual at all. For example, the average person in the street seems to see High Heels as a bit weird or even silly. I've overheard people poking fun at a woman for wearing such towering heels, and generally taking the piss. Also, when sex is mentioned in the same light as High Heels, there's often a disgust or rejection from some High Heels fans. They simply don't see the appeal. To me personally, High Heels are an extremely sexual thing. They exert feminine sexuality and add instant sexual attraction to the wearer. Is it the same for you? Or do you see them purely as just a statement (or expression) of your fashion tastes and nothing more? A man interested in heels was considered to be either slavish or gay, a woman was considered to be whorish. That is not so much the case today. Yes, there are still those who think heels are sinful but many more publicly like heels and openly express their sexual attraction to heels in many different ways. Not only do I find heels sexually attractive, I enjoy the fit and feel of shoes made on a womans' last. I wear womens shoes at home, flats most often and heels when I'm feeling sexy. I have found a lady who is supportive of my interest who has even bought me several pairs of flats and heels. Sometimes we incorporate them in our intimate moments. I have noticed that young folks have no problem with heels if they can wear them. Some can't but they don't make a big deal about those who do. This is probably the single most identifyable reason I can find as to why I enjoy the feeling of wearing heels. For one reason or another, even when not wearing heels, I unknowingly put my feet in positions as if I'm wearing the maximum heel height for my foot size. I'll have my feet propped up against the legs of chairs, the arm of the couch....anything that will hold me toes at that perfect angle to the bottom of my foot. I'm wondering if arching the foot doesn't trigger some kind of subtle chemical release that my brain interprets as pleasure? I'm really glad I found this thread! I tried to ask this question once but I guess the words I used weren't correct because I was accused of trying to turn this into a porn site. For some lady its standard to slip in worn out Heels with simple casual clothes and maybe with socks (please not ) and nobody cares, including her, but any young boy, never seen heels befor is crossing her way and gets really affected from this and cant sleep for nights. Some Ladys with a special "Job" use 7' Acryl-Platforms as a kind of "Work-outfit". For them its rarely sexual, instead more connection to "get on duty" they feel better with sneakers or ballerinas. This i mean with point of view. Probably there are compareable experiences from men wearing highheels or man that like seeing men in this. Please keep it and have much fun, but sorry, thats not mine. Your postings, christine, are really amazing me, only by description, because i wanted to collect them here: For sure. Just trying new heels on in the shop is a turn on. But when getting dressed to go out in heels then putting the heels on at the end of getting ready is the best bit of getting ready. It is like sliding on some kind of sexual glow. For the other is the "content" at least just as attractive, when its nice! Thats me! And so these words here were extremely inspiring: I have not worn socks with heels since I was about 15 or 16. I am in Perth Australia and the summers here are really hot, even in the evening. Mostly I am bare feet in heels but have occassionally worn stockings or pantyhose.
