kfsteve391
I have used sun tan lotion bottles, small hair spray cans, etc. to stretch out shoes. Sometimes it takes a long time. There are shoe stretchers you can use, too. This is another example of how important it is to try your shoes on first. I have seen some beautiful shoes that are just my size. When I go to try them on, I can get only half my foot in them.

You can always buy another pair in the correct size..... Being mentally comfortable in your own mind is the key to wearing heels in public. blackberry
Some peoples ( men) feet have higher ( or thicker) insteps. There are some shoes and boots that I have to go up a size to fit. So always try them on first.
