I hope this times the SS's don't get too dark.

This is a very short sequence where Mikaela switches between 4" black patent heels and flats as they try to escape from an alien girl... the alien also is wearing a nice pair of heels...

It all starts at the airport...

When they start to run she has her heels on...

That's just bad film editing. In the movie, "Batman Returns," Michelle Pfiefer as Catwoman is in high heeled boots except when (her stunt double) does a gymnastic stunt and at the end of the stunt she's in flats. Then the next shot of her, she is back in the high heeled boots. This happens many times when the producers are in a hurry to release a movie.
