I made a trainer similar to the design on Heike High Heels. I don’t like the idea of steady pressure of the straps. I changed the design to have a handle at the back. How I can stretch my foot for a count of 10 and then relax. I then do ten repetitions. This way there is no trauma to the muscles. I use the trainer several times a day. It is defiantly helping me to straighten my knees in my ballet boots.

Got a picture?

I have that problem of not straighten knees in my ballet boots... and I want to fix it and your explaination is good... a permanent streß on the muscle is not good... a repeting exercise without overstreßing it is better.

Thanks for th idea!
