Yes, they're 7 inches. I had a pair but they were a bit too high for me so I sold them on eBay (and made a nice profit). They from The Highest Heel and are quite inexpensive and cheaply made, too. She has a video of her wearing them to her car... and plenty of pictures of her walking in the mall with them on...
