I have a pair similar to the 3rd pair with a 6 & 1/2 inch heel which are a 1/2 size too small which causes my toes to cramp after long periods of time but I will wear them any way because I love the way they look. I had a look in Vancouver last weekend, almost bought some new boots but am waiting for an order from Gaborit in France, will post some pics when they come in.
