I just bought these last night. Nine West. Miraculously found a pair in size 12 at the local Marshalls store. Don't think I've ever seen a 12 there before. They rarely even have much in an 11. I guess the shock made me buy them. What the heck, they were only $20!

Judging from your gift she has an inkling. Since she received them well the door is open for you to tell all. It would be a terrible waste of time for you to not tell her, whichever way it goes. I didn't wear them in front of her, etc. Much later on in the relationship I was trying on some new trousers that had been altered for me and I decided to show them to her while wearing some patent leather pumps. I love those Naughty Monkeys!!

As i mentioned the other day, i fell in love with this pump, the "Marching Orders" pump by Naughty Monkey. Unfortunately, amazon.com has some screwy prices, based on SIZE, and COLOR. No particular brand and style of shoe is the same price. Very weird! I was going to buy the black patent with the pink highlights/strap, but that is $79.99 for size 8.5, which is my size. It is $39.98 for 6.5, which is not my size. Weird huh? Anyway, i ordered the red patent, for $23.99 plus about $4.99 shipping. Could not get the FREE super saver shipping, because the shoe isn't $25.00 and above.

Anyway, here's a few pics. Pretty little shoe, nonetheless!

I became a fan of Benny Hill because there were always girls in heels on there. Then I found out how funny he was. More recently a sighting on the Disney channel, actually many with the Cheetah girls and Raven Symone. But this prior weekend they were doing a marathon of "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody". In one of the episodes they had the boys dressed in '70's - '80's disco outfits and at the end of the episode as the boys were walking off set I noticed that one of them was walking funny. As they turned to exit stage-right his pants-leg rose up to expose a 3 inch stiletto heel. I guess the costumers were going for the effect but didn't have any authentic man-heels from the period.

There's nothing really to the pump, i guess. It just looks like a basic almond-toe pump, with an elongated vamp, so many in the shoe biz would call this pump a "Pointy toe" pump. So, recently i tried to find her "Crush" pump, and boy did i!!! At amazon.com, there they are, in all their glory! Regular price is about $80, but on amazon.com, they sell for a whopping $15.99 a pair, but for only a few select colors. So if you like the pump and want to order some colors, go to amazon.com and see which colors you like and order some. There is one color that is called "blue degraded patent" that still has the $80 price tag, but all of the other colors are millions of dollars less! I ordered the pink patent and the red leather.
