  1. Bought these on ebay for wife but to big. She has very narrow feet. Guess what? They fit me perfect and I really wanted a pair for my self anyway and she thinks they look great on me. What do you think. I like the casual look.

    Very Nice.

I have always like t-straps and closed toe sandals.

    Enjoy.

    How high are the heels?

  2. Now, I find this interesting.

  3. However, the way I understand it, heel heights are proportional. That is, the length of a heel changes as the size of the shoe is larger or smaller.

    Yes Indeed.

Today I was in the shoe department of Kohls, looking at some Vera Wang Boots.

Just for fun I lined up three pair of the same boot. From size 6 to size 11. With out a ruler on hand, I would say the height of the heels, and the length of the shafts, varied by about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch.

  5. F.Y.I

Just a note about larger sizes.

I have purchased from ShoeMall.com and have been happy with their product and service.

I also see that they carry quite a few heels in a "D" with.

    And sizes above 12.

For instance, these ankle boots are available up to size 13 D.

  6. Hi,

I have a pair of them, pretty good even if not leather.

let me know what you think of them!

I had the fun of buying them from the shop, the new girl could not belive her eyes and said that she could not wear heels herself, I told her she was missing out.

Yes, not leather, but very soft manmade.

Fairly comfortable, but not much padding.

I usually avoid pull on boots, but I can get into these easily.

I wore them all day today (Thanksgiving), to my sisters' house for dinner.

These for sure will go into my "wear often" group.

  7. Silly question - how can you determine what size in 'girl' jeans you would wear??? Is there a conversion chart anywhere?

I have been wearing women's jeans for many years. I started buying them when I could not find Boot Cut or Flares in the Men's section.

Many catalogs and online stores have size charts which should get you close to you size.

What I did at first was to go to a self service store, Walmart, The Gap, Old Navy, etc. Pick up a few pair in various sizes and head to the fitting rooms.

This way you can try different lengths and different rises.

I also always wear the heels I want to wear with the jeans to get the right length. I will buy longer rather than shorter, if I am between 2 different lengths. Then I have them shortened to the length I like.

I have never had a comment made to me about taking women's jeans into the mens fitting room, nor at the check out.

    Good Luck.

  8. Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Ok:-?
