hi folks!

I'm looking for an online site etc. which sells this kind of elegant & classic thigh high boot model. Should be genuine leather and black WITHOUT platform. Heel 5" or more. First picture is from a chinese site, PU boot but model is right. The other picture, with white background are Pleaser made thigh high boots not anymore in production.

Its kinda strange how hard it is to find this kind of very classic model. Or maybe I have just searched wrong places...anyhow, thanks in advance!

Just noticed this. Did you sort this one out or already order something? They have some neat shoes and I've been thinking of ordering a pair for couple of years now. BUT as you said, I'm a bit worried about the sizes....shoes I'm after are a huge investement so I dont wanna end up with wrong size. However, their customer service is top notch: I've gotten answers to my emails very quickly & promptly.

ok, came across these shoes, anyone know the brand? I'm not a big fan of front platforms, I rather have shoes made with steep last (is that the right definition?), meaning foot is somewhat "bent".

Now this shoe model looks very nice indeed...anyone?

I think I've seen it posted before. Still, it's Italian. And they haven't discovered yet that there are people with feet larger then size 41. Nice shoes but all too small and too narrow for me.

Didn't see this seller on "internet" thread and for some reason couldn't submit a new link. List prices are huge, but auctions usually sell for a fraction of those prices.

Thank you so much for the replies. Nice forum indeed. I've had bad luck two times in a row last year with custom boot makers (one stopped replying after I sent boots back for heel repair and the other just took my money and didn't do anything for four months). Luckily my CC company was able to solve both of those. Anyways, I'm more than ready to pay a reasonable price for a pair of well-made boots so thanks again.

I wonder what that company is? I might be interested in ordering custom boots from elite-heels (if possible) or preferably straight from the makers.

Pleaser Screams are really bad heels. Neither pretty nor well-shaped. You cannot walk in them as in other 7" heels.

I know some shops which sell 7" heels but still looking for new ones.

Thanks for the links! elite-heels.de has good variety of different shoes. But unfortunately I couldn't find any pair of knee/thigh/crotch boots w/ 7" last from any of the websites...

Anyone know where to get good quality, leather, knee/thigh/crotch high boots, with 7" heel and NO platform? Found one seller called Kassiopeya but from the looks of the boots, they seem to be of cheap materials...

Well I guess if you're handy you can cut & alter them by yourself and then just glue together.

And for the glue you might aswell use the one that comes with bicycle tire repair kit:

Disadvantage must be the small size of the glue.

The boots you showed are said to be made in the 1930s by a guy named Sal Gervasio but there is no proof for that. You can read a bit more here:

Making platform and heel as one part by milling a solid piece would let them look like the similar platform boots from Pleaser etc.

Your sketches are nice (I think) but in this small size here difficult to watch.

OH WELL, we all want those boots, don't we!!!

Those boots are by far the best looking and most elegant platform shoes I (and you ) have/will ever see. And why's that? -The design is very unique and stylish and yet very sexy. In most of the platform boots the way your feet goes is the same like on some low 1.5" heel type shoes. But on these shoes how the foot "bends" is just amazing.

I would definitely buy a pair from my wife if I ever found a company making boots exactly like this. Oh well, two pairs.

And on to the subject: been thinking of making a pair of shoes from wood..or at least try. Something like this shouldn't be too hard:

IMHO you can't really compare/confuse them to any Pleaser boots. All Pleaser boots are pretty ordinary comparing to them (the ones in my first post).

I believe that they were custom made for Betty Page. I don't know who made them but I saw them in Bootlovers.com and in The Boot fetishist blog. I'm sorry I couldn't help you.

Actually I have one question aswell about certain boots, here's the picture (wonder why I can't attach any images?):

I've been looking for that kind of boots quite some time now. I've found lots of platforms but not this kind. Any advice/idea where to look? The thing is, they have platform AND extreme high heel.
