Yesterday was a weird day, but I won't go into that now. I had to go to the mall to pick up some stuff. As I walked around, I glanced at one of the mid-mall booths. There was this young lady, in her 20's I guess, selling some knick knacks. I had to take a second look, then a third, and fourth at her. She was wearing a sweater, a short skirt, stockings, and a pair of heeled knee high suede boots. They were about 4 inches. I know I was amazed by her beauty because I had to go over to say something. It was a blur to me, but I think I said something like "You know, only a few people could pull off an outfit like that and I think you are one of them!" I think I heard a quiet "thank you". I turned and left in a hurry. I knew that if I tried to say anything else, it would have come out a gibberish, or I would have said something stupid. If that lady happens to be a reader here, I'm sorry if you felt embarrassed by my comments. I was just in awe of your beauty.

I agree with Jim. They don't really care who wears them, they just want the sale. In most cases, I have found that they don't ask who they are for, they just pull out the saize you ask for, if available.

Ellen-Jay More great looking shoes. i have to comment that you have a good looking pair of feet as well. i hate it when a good liiking pair of shoes are ruined by ugly feet.

Same event took place in Vancouver as well today. It is sad to see in this day and age, so many people dying from such a horrible disease. Cancer is such a simple disease, that is so hard to cure. I know the CIBC is not doing an event everywhere, so support your local groups. Let's all do our art to find a cure!

In knowing that Laurie is a Goddess from the inside all the way to the outside, does it really matter what she is wearing? Even in flats, Laurie will always be a Goddess in my mind.

I still love the look of a classic patent pump. It is my all time favorite style.

Sounds like this pair I bought at Walmart, in black like the pic.

I got a pair like these as well. They are comfortable once I put a pair of arch supports in them. I found the sole a bit soft in the middle.
