  1. Hi nigel and thanks for the offer but I won't overload her at the moment but I hope your offer is still open when she comes around to the first level.

What style of heel do you prefer?

    yes,

take your time. In answer to your question, I guess they just have to be nice really, I have different styles, right now I am looking for a pair of cowboy boots with a higher heel, some of the shoe shops have them here in the girls section but in pink or white, I am looking for a brown or black really.

    best of luck,

    Nigel

  2. Hi and welcome, I got caught out and was encouraged to find out more about why I liked heels, hence finding this site. I have had a great time meeting others with my wife and wearing them from time to time. I still prefer them on women though. We are more than likely just the same as you, she can talk to my wife if she wants to, she has lived with my liking for high heels for years now. PM me if you want to chat. There, I cant offer more than that! Nigel

  3. Great picture, micha! Yeah, it is cool to match a face with the name as it does bring us all a little closer. I'm glad I posted that pic of myself so everyone can see just who I am!

I hope that one day heelfan will get a little more time to update his face to a name thread!

he has all the pictures on his PC and I backed them up onto CD ROM as well for him.

He has some major projects on in his life at the moment, but I hope he will be back posting in the winter.

  4. Hi JeffB, I cant remember what I said now, I was certainly trying to get to see more of you and your office, bearing in mind your co-workers would not mind as they are used to you. I guess it was down to all the headless shots being taken and yet you being fine with going around the office all day long wearing heels. I dont think I gave any criticism though. Its great to put a face to a name though at long last! thanks.

  5. Exactly!!!!! Thats just a much much nicer and more positive and just overall better worded way of saying what I was trying to say.

asdf174, you echo my thoughts quite alot of the time, I think we would get along fine over a beer!

shame you live so far away.

As for Heelfan???????? what are you on about, this is the rant section and a great topic started by your wonderful little girl!

if you want to have a read of a non high heel thread, have a look at the 'pointless padantic' thread.

But promise me you dont loose the will to live.

    nigel.

  6. I swear. It is very hard not to when working in an office full of stressed folk and also nearly impossible to travel around the M25 in rush hour without swearing. I am not bothered by it at all, I dont swear when with customers or when on the phone, neither when in polite company or in public. If it offends you, point it out to the swearer, they wont mind and will either tone down their language or (resists the temptation to swear) go away and leave you alone. I tend to turn it off and on as the situation changes. Hay ho. d

  7. It is odd, where I work there are folk who will email you when they are sitting next to you and others who still cant get to grips with it. The one thing that gets me is when you get an email and it is to a whole list of folk besides you. who replies? the other ones I hate are the ones that have CC'd every manager in the comapny, like they are covering their butt. They get a swift reply, but not usually the answer the wanted. I have seen one of the managers in my company just delete his 'inbox' every day, he figures that if it is that important, he will get a phonecall about it. Please rember that there are some rude folk out there that dont even see it as being a problem. hay ho, Nigel.

  8. well done! Easy eh? now all you have to do is teach your ol' man how to pop a picture next to his posts! I guess it has been a little quiet in your shop during the last week or so, It is just the time of year, things will pick up toward the end of september. have a word with your landlord and ask him to reduce the rent this month, tell him I thought it would be a good thing to do. Nigel.

  9. hmmm, well i know I have to post more replies to be something sexy, but finding the time is a little tricky at the moment.

How do you get a picture under your shoe?

    ta

    Mel

    Hi,

Go to photobucket.com, register and then find a picture.

upload it to the site and then photobucket will give you a link to it, right click on your mouse and copy it.

go to the HHplace, go to your profile and at the bottom it will ask you where you to get your photo from, right click again and paste, save your updated profile and off you go.

the picture will have to be a certain size, but I can either do that for you or talk you through it.

you have my phone number if you need it.

    Nigel

  10. Right!!!!

I'm fed up of being a flaming loafer!

im posting this so i will eventually become something with a bit of jazz.

As a lady who wears 6 inchers i find it damn irritating.

    thankyou

    mel

you will have to do some posting to catch up with your Dad!

talking of jazz, how is the old boy?

  11. Hi Taliheels Dont protest too much, this was not aimed at you, sorry if I have hit a nerve, but quite often on this site there are topics repeated and left open without any closure from its author. Sometime ago somebody posted a thread that upset a great deal of members, the poster never replied nor added his thoughts, these things are important if we are to get anything out of the site, taliheels, I actually welcome your input of late, you have a lot of enthusiasm for your heels, you are just up the road from me (1 hour) so I would not want to upset you and are an active member of the board, great for all of us. So, whilst you might get ignored in the local store, dont feel ignored here, surely we are better and more polite than that. slightly off topic, but is that carpet for real? Nigel

  12. Yes, I was just after a bit of politeness really. We would not like it if we were ignored in the street, so why here. There really is a good bunch of members here and this suggestion would go hand in hand with us welcoming folk to the forum and encouraging others with their interest in heels. As for going off of topic, actually I dont mind that, after all, that is how conversation happens in the real world, so why not here in cyberspace? We learn more about others when we go off of topic. Nigel.

  13. *SLAPS HIMSELF ON FORHEAD* Sorry where are my manners? Welcome to wonderful, magical place that is hhplace.org.

yes welcome along and thanks for bringing his to our attention.

steps down off of his soap box,

    Nigel
