I suppose that you could opt for having a surgical procedure done that would fuse your ankles and feet permanently in the proper position for your ballet footwear. I can't conceive of ANY reputable medical facility/surgeon who would do this however. And if somehow the procedure went amiss you'd possibly be subject to a lifetime of problems/pain.
