i bought a pair of mules online recently but they are too narrow. i can't fit my feet into them. is there anything like replacing the upper with another (red) leather upper i can do? any tips appreciated.

it all depends what size you are doesn't it? i mean the larger the feet the higher the heels can be before they get dangerous. Unfortunately, I have large feet and find 5 1/2 very comfortable.
