Let's see, assume she has been wearing heels for 20 years (started young!) and has worn them every day - that gives 7305 wearing-days, so let's divide that into 500,000. That gives us just over 68 times a day! So, if she sleeps for 8 hours a day, she wears (changes?) her shoes more than 4 times an hour, every hour of every day!

Yes, it's obviously a cut 'n' paste job, but it looks to me like the face, body and chair and most importantly, the heels in the foreground all belong together, it's just that they don't belong with the background. Apart from the giveaway white edge round the main subject there are no shadows from the heels and the perspective is all wrong - should have re-sized the subject to match the scale of the background. I hadn't seen any either till today when I saw someone wearing them - in Boots (the chemists) appropriately enough! Hers were similar to nhoj62's but patent leather and with a strap and buckle over the top of the zip - very nice!
