  1. At the moment I'm working on some additional galleries for streetheels part of which is a Guest gallery. This will include images taken by other fans of high heels in the street. I have had a few submissions already that are really cool and I would like to ask if anyone else would like to submit any pictures. There are however some restrictions. These are... No pornography. No images of upskirts etc. Images of adults only. Persons within the images are to be made unrecognisable. Basically the Guest gallery will feature of images from around the world. For more info visit streetheels.co.uk and check out the news page. Now, as I am requesting images from visitors from High heel meeting place I feel it is only fair that I include a link to this website. Thanks streetheels

  2. Well, this is quite a discussion that I have missed. I'd just like to say the following... I only take images of shoes. The whole taking upskirt pictures is severly crossing the line. Rest assured that you will never see images like that from me. You'll notice that nearly all my images are taken in public places with lots of people around. I don't want to unerve some lady who's out by herself. My entire approach is to not to be noticed at all so loitering around lone women is not acceptable to me. Before I put the site up I did do some research into the content I had planned for it. If you take a picture of a person in the street the copywright does not belong to the person who appears in the image. It is the persons who took the image. The only way this could be challenged by the person in the image is if the featured person has copywrighted their likeness. Only big league celebs tend to do this. Now to be honest this is beside the point as I ensure anyone in the image (featured person or people in the background) are made unrecognisable. In the event of someone seeing an image they are featured in recognise themselves, then if they are not happy then I would remove the image and apologise. My wife knows of the site as she was the first person I showed the first pages and images to. I did this as I needed to know how she as a woman would react. If she had said that it was wrong or unacceptable the site would not be there now. As it turned out she was fine with it. The main point for her being okay with it was that I had protected the peoples identities in the images. As a further test of a womens reactions, the images ped104.jpg and ped105.jpg are of a friend of mine. It took me several attempts to convince her that it was her in the images. When she accepted it she was pretty cool about it as she was not recognisable. To be honest she was well impressed at the fact that she was on the WWW as she put it. To answer some questions that have been raised in the forum. Azraelle says why don't I ask the womenif I can take the image and clearly points out with the line "Hell NO! What are you some kind of Pervert?" that some ladies would not be happy about this. Now imagine if I did ask and it freaked the person out. It could cause them to become paranoid about something that they had never even thought about. By doing what I'm doing they don't know and in the image they are not recognisible so no harm done. Bubba136 asks why would I want to take images of ladies shoes whn there's lots on the web already. To be honest I don't find the pre setup images of ladies wearing high heels very appealing. Most of the images are tied in with pornography which is not what I'm after. I like high heeled shoes and none of my images contain nudity and I prefer it that way. As I mention on the site I find it more appealing that the people in the images on my site choose to wear high heels as their own preference. Becky has some good points. She is not comfortable of the idea of someone taking images secretly of her shoes nor does she like the idea of someone lurking around her taking pictures. As I mentioned earlier I only take images in public places with lots of people around. I appreciate that there are people who would not be happy about a stranger taking pictures in secret but If you are not aware that they are being taken then no harm has been done. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying the not knowing that they are being taken does not make it all right. I accept that some people would not be happy at all and if this results in me getting a smack or an angry boyfriend/husband after me then that's fine. I can expect no less. I know I've been going on for quite a while but I wanted to get my views across and hopefully I have eased some concerns. If you have any queries then please ask away. To be honest, of all the feedback I've received, this is the first negative feedback and it's very welcome. It's the entire reason why I posted the site into the forum. Anyways that's me for now. streetheels

  3. I'm using a Fuji Finepix 40i. Really small and compact and the image quality is excellent. I was using a 16MB smart media card but have just got a 128MB card but I doubt I'll ever fill it in one trip. In fact the batteries will probably go first.

  4. If I remember, I was sitting next to her. It can be quite nerve racking sometimes. There's been a couple of times I'm almost sure the camera was noticed  but there's no harm done and some ladies are uncomfortable if they notice you looking at them.

  5. The ladies in the pictures do not know that the picture is being taken. This is why I obscure the faces. I have an excellent digital camera that is very small and compact and when I'm taking the pictures I am very discreet. I've never really complimented anyone on their high heels. In a way the site is to do that as a tribute. As fr the numbers on the pictures... I dropped ped007.jpg as I didn't think it was good enough for the site. I didn't replace it so image 8 is ped009.jpg and so on. I will rectify this next time I update the site.
