Those of us with a larger footprint ARE limited in our heel choices. You either have to go the "custom" route, which can be expensive, or go to sellers like Pleaser, which sells larger sizes but isn't to everyone's taste. However their ARE choices. You just have to get online and spend the time.

Upon further review, they actually do ship outside the UK, with restrictions on certain "exotic skins". Still have a hard time believing they're available up to size 46, though.

VERY tempted, even with the risk. For those of us with larger feet, custom boot choices are almost nonexistent.

I just bought the same boot in a knee high version. Found them in a Nine West Outlet in Atlantic City, NJ.

Original list price was $399.00. Outlet price $59.99.

Size 12 fits well, but the top part of the shaft is a bit tight. I am hoping a little stretching will do the trick.
