I disagree with THBG, advise of wearing a shorter, cropped jacket. That jacket looked just fine with your ensemble It was not too long.

And your encounter with the Trooper, was certainly, a unique experience.

Hey Bluejay, do you buy Naturalizers in wide widths?  Because their regular width shoes I find to be on the narrow side.  Seems I used to be able to wear most of their shoes in size 11, but the last couple years, there is no way I could wear an 11, and even the few 11 wides I have found tend to run small for me.  Then I go to a 12, and they are simply too long.  I have had a lot of trouble with Naturalizer these days.  I found a pair of their "Lennox" pumps, a very basic pump with a maybe 1/3 inch platform, in the sale rack at my local Famous Footwear and was so excited to see a size 12 (must have been a return as they don't ever have 12s on the regular shelf).  I tried them on and even though a 12, my toes were getting srunched (and these are somewhat rounded toes) and the shoe was digging into the top of my foot at the base of my big toe.  Would have bought those, but the fit was awful for me.  Or maybe they were just a factory defect and that's why they were returned to begin with.

Most of my Naturalizer shoes are regular width. I wear a size 11 and they fit fine.

Yes, I did dress up for Easter. It's been a tradition for me, to do so.

I like the thought about wearing white heels, but it's a bit early to wear white. Traditionally wearing of white shoes, happens after Memorial Day.

Here white shoes would of blended in with the 2" of snow on the ground, yesterday. Happy Easter

Ahhhh…..  Thongs…  The "string bikini" of sandals.  Love 'em, have since I was a kid.  About 90% of my sandals - flats and heels - are the thong style.  

Out here in California there are opportunities to wear sandals a lot and most of the time you can find me out in thongs; flats or heels, whatever is right for the moment.

Try Aerosoles shoes.  They come in size 12 and are very comfortable.  I had the same problem, wanted a nice pair of pumps but could not get the proper fit, until I tried Aerosoles.  I have only one pair (Magical Power - and they are - ha ha), and they are perfect!!  I have also tried other Aerosoles pump styles, all have similar comfort.  

And their sandals are nice too!!!   Try 'em and see what you think….   sf

I'll echo those comments of Aerosoles shoes, as I have many pairs of them and they are very comfortable pumps, to wear.

Also Naturalizer, is another brand of comfortable, pumps and shoes.

I love the pink ensemble. You look great wearing the pink. The white acessories, bag and head band offer a nice contrast, to your overall look. Great job!

 I also like to wear pink especially, hot pink shades.

BTW, how did you fare out with all the rain and flooding in your area, a couple days ago? Maybe you needed to wear waders, instead of thigh-hi boots.

Looking good in your ensemble. Unfortunately we had several inches of snow here yesterday, so going out in heels was not happening. However today. in spite of the chilly temps, of the low teens early this morning, I ventured out myself, in a pair of  black patent, knee, boots. After a long time, it was nice to be out in pair of heels. Can Spring be finally coming?

I have a pair from Nine West, called , "7Ruffel". They are the exact same boot. I bought them from DSW, Shoe Wharehouse store, a couple years ago.  I don't know if they are still available. Try to google them up, Hope this helps you out.

Nice looking boots. That's the style these days, with women wearing the flat heel riding boots. I have them both in brown and black and I do wear them out with my jeans tucked inside or wear them with leggings. I've never had a bad comment, usually the women like my boots, I'm wearing.

I have several pairs of heeled boots, but the flat heel riding boot has its place in my wardrobe too . Enjoy wearing your new boots. Don't be afraid to tuck your jeans inside your boots.

Hey JeffB. I heard that you had an ice storm in Philly this AM. Not a great time to be out in heels. I've had problems with lots of snow and cold, here too. First time out in over two weeks, today, wearing heels. Three inch block heel, knee boots, just the same they were heels!

Nice look JeffB. The short skirt looks great on you. I like wearing the shorter skirts too, however I have never worn thigh-hi boots, with a skirt. I do wear them (short skirts) with knee boots, ankle boots and pumps. Maybe it's time for me to invest in a pair of thigh-hi boots.
