My sister is in London today and just sent me a text saying she's found a pair of these in purple! I already have two pairs of purple Louboutins, it's gonna be hard to resist these. I'm not sure even I could pull these off with my wacky taste in shoes, but I am already picturing in my mind what I can wear with them

Well thanks everyone for your replies. Just looked at my collection and I have 14 pairs from New Look alone, all of those having been bought in the last three months! I have also obviously bought a pair of Loubies and YSLs recently, but many of my New Look shoes have been complimented, and they're all still looking great despite some pairs being worn many, many times. Unfortunately the members who I have seen complain about Pleasers and New Look shoes haven't seen this thread, but I am still not sure what is so bad about these makes of shoe.

I will keep an eye out for those shoes shrimper, thanks for the post. Here are some more close ups of Eva Longoria.

Eva pictured a couple of days ago at the 2008 ALMA Awards in these lovely shoes. I always have a soft spot for stacked wood heels, not so sure about the two-tone upper though, although I love the shape of this shoe. What do people think?

I'm someone who has both Pleasers and Louboutins in my collection, and someone who buys shoes from New Look to Yves Saint Laurent and anywhere in between. Nothing compares to my Louboutins and YSLs, but there is always a place in my collection for the cheap and cheerfuls like New Look and Pleasers, but recently I have seen people complain about both of these brands. So, to those people, are there any cheap (say, under £60) shoes you like? And what is so bad about cheap shoes? I think they're great 'filler shoes' giving me a variety of shoes to wear out and match with my outfits on a budget (meaning I do have the money to buy the occassional £400+ pair). It also means if I have a 'heavy' night out I can go out and not care so much about damaging my shoes. Of course cheap shoes aren't as good as expensive ones but I think there's a place for them. Be kind!

Here is Hayden Panettiere at the NBC Universal 2008 Press Tour All-Star Party in Beverly Hills on July 20th in some beautiful, simple and elegant gold-coloured high heeled peep toes from Louboutin with approx 4.5" heel. Delta Goodrem in black t-bar platform YSL Tributes

Delta Goodrem appears at Vitaminwater's MBL All-Star Week celebration wearing 6" high YSL Tributes on the 14th of July. Other stars spotted in these shoes include both of the Minogues, Kylie in particular having worn them in black, maroon and gold!

Marisa Miller in black patent Christian Louboutin heels

Model Marisa Miller pictured at Spike TV's Guys Choice Awards on the 30th May 2008. She is wearing a simple pair of black patent Christian Louboutin heels with 5.5" heels. She has worn these before at Maxim's 2008 Hot 100 Party which was on the 21st of May.

Just 2 days left before I take a short and hopefully well earned break. I will post for all the days I miss when I get back.

Normally skirts for me. Rara if I'm in casuals, pencil skirt if I'm at work. I like tight jeans too, either with Ugg boots or simple heels.

Back to the heels today, and ones I really like. It seems celebs like their Louboutins as much as I like mine!!

Carmen Electra in pink peep-toe Louboutins

Not the highest Loubies I've seen, and I think they look to be a bit too large on Carmen, but what lovely shoes anyway. I love the colour of these. These were taken yesterday as Carmen arrived at Prive in Las Vegas.

Mischa Barton wearing black mirrored platform wedges

I'm not sure what to make of these shoes, either, lol. I'm really fussy when it comes to wedges. IMHO, skimpier the better, I normally only like cork style sandal wedges, while Mischa wears black platform peeptoe slingback wedges with mirrored wedges. These were spotted on July 10th when she arrived at Alicia Keys' Keep a Child Alive Black Ball in London.

Does anyone know the designer?
