    Jeff, I realise how much you are right.

    Except that I don't do that at all. I have a pair of heeled boots in which I like to walk. When I have a chance to wear them, in the morning I will choose a jean or slack with the correct length. That's all for the preparation.

    After that, I take the boots on without a second thought, like my everyday shoes.
