I hope this helps I'm 6' 2" 190lbs and take a sixteen in the top due to my chest size (42") Bottoms I take anything from 10-14 deepending on cut. Check out the size page of several websites that sell womens clothes and match your measurments for a starting point. Victoria's Secret in my experiance seems right on the money.

Publicity (There's no such thing as bad publicity. Wish I could remember who said that.)

However, I must also admit that I have gotten some positive attention from many people that I would have never suspected as well.
This has been my experiance as well.
And I agree that of all the people you would expect to accept our differant choices you would think it would be the peircing people. I know some of them I just can't look in the face becuse the peircings make me hurt! It's like OUCH! that had/has to hurt.

Shame on you Bubba.Dressed like that you're bound to be hit on by every man at the party. (Beat to death is more like it).

He may look just fine and he knows his surroundings.Good luck and do send pictures! Let's see how you look. Maybe Bubba is right?

I completly agree that it is the security staff that would be your problem. It would be wise to find other outlets or to join a class so you belong when confronted. Because with today's security it is a matter of when not if for a confrontaion. Take it from someone who has had to undergo security training when I work in a retirment home and yes we have had to use it.
While I agree that most college age kids are very open to unusual things (the naked man at I believe UC Berkly some years ago) on campus put them with a bunch of non-college people off campus and you may find some differances.
Take it easy and give thought to all our ideas and concerns; I'm sure in the long run you will find what suits you best.

P.S. UC Berkly added a rule about clothes on campus not too long after he was attending classes.

It is activity like that, that makes life harder for all of us and our signifacant others. I hope you never have that happen again but as has been pointed out here many times groups of teenagers are to be avoided. I for one am glad to hear you made it out unscathed.
In closing let me leave you with someting I once saw on a tee shirt "Beware the power of stupid people in large groups."

And in some cultures it is the men who dress up, wear make-up etc...while the women are the boring dressers.
Now where is the infulence on our styles from those countries when we need them?

I quite agree and along those lines: It seems we have a few who will respond to anyting and everything to the point of mindless dribble. It is as if they are just trying to increase their post numbers almost like spam in your mailbox or a game where the highest score wins. I have actually taken to skipping their posts as they usually add nothing of any value to the conversation.
I would say please if you have nothing of real value to add please don't.

I for one certainly hope so.
My daughter routinly wears a pair of black below the knee boots with a one inch heel and is also routinly asked why she is wearing "hooker" boots. Now if she chose to wear a traditional "cowboy boot" there wouldn't be a thing said. She likes her high heels and will wear them whenever she can but again in her age group it is a problem. It's funny how children always want to grow up and wear adult styles but when someone dares to do it they get a lable slapped on them. She is fourteen and it is her peers with the problems no one else. I am sure there are other reasons the girls nag at her besides just her shoes. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that everywhere we go she runs into at least three boys that have to run up and talk to her all goo-goo eyed and/or introduce her to their adjoining parent. Still I really hope the lables disappear.
Shoes can be fun, sexy, functional, whatever we wish it's all in how we choose to utilize and accessorize them. Add our own confidence and that makes them what they are.

I have encountered co-workers on two occasions:
First time was at an all you can eat soup and salad buffet; they were sitting within full eye of me and my family and I was wearing a pair of white strappy platform sandals. Definatly feminine even from a distance. Though they never came up to me/us I know she had to have seen them as she visibly looked at them. I guess I was fortunate that she never said anything to anyone at work. She only cornered several days later to ask where I got the shoes!
Second time was at Wal-Mart where I ran into a co-worker and talked with them for several minutes (long enough to get comfortable) at close range and they never noticed!

You give me reason to envy your place of employment as I am confined to a strcitly mandated uniform and work boots. Though with my line of work heels are a definate no-no even for the few ladies who ever take up the trade.
Good luck and keep us posted on your sucess.

My self I would go with pair number one though I'm not really into pointy toe shoes but at a size 12 my feet don't need to be any longer.

It is a beautiful Easter morning and the whole congragation was gathered in the church, all were singing as the pastor started his walk down the aisle. Just as he reaches the alter Satan appears in a blast of fire and smoke. The entire congragation flees in whatever way they can out doors, leaping out of windows pushing and shoving as they go. Satan stands at the front laughing with tears running down his face until he spies a little old man calmly sitting in the front pew. Now this perturbed Satan something fierce and he walks up to the man.
"Aren't you scared?"
"Don't see why I should be."
"Don't you know who I am?"
"Well I ought to I've been married to your sister for sixty-three years!"

nylons or no?
in General Fashion
Posted
As my screen name says I don't go without nylons of some kind. They are more than just a cover as they can give subtle color to the legs, even out skin tone or even give your legs just a little shine if you get the right ones. They also ease the damage on your shoes as your heels can get blisters your shoes can get worn. I am sure the girls would have more to say but they don't seem to visit this corner of the site very often.
To each his/her own but I for one feel the image is much more complete weather you are male, female or somewhere inbetween.
