I agree with you. I own the company and I  am in the field with the trades and he owners as well as in the office.  As much as You all have seen I have no problem being out in plain daylight in a skirt and heels there is a time and place for everything and it's not at work for me.,,,,, I wish it was!!!!!

thank you for the compliment!!   I wish this could be my daily attire!  I would be in heels everyday for work or going out. Now in reality I am in a collared shirt jeans steel toe boots and a Carhart vest every day.  Construction and heels don't mix very well, at least in the field. I am not so much on the physical end any more but running the jobs not doing them.  My after work attire is usually leggings a collared shirt and ankle boots that I will go anywhere any time.  When I go out    is when I get deck out in a skirt and heels.   I have said before,,,, if I could just change my day job, hmmmm

Always loved the sexiness of stiletto heels. Thanks to me my ex hand 100 plus pairs of shoes and boots but didn't like heels as much as I did.  When she would complain about wanting her to wear heels when we would go out or when she would wear them how they hurt her feet or they were uncomfortable I would say it can't be that bad.  She then said if you like them so much then you wear them,,,,,,,,, OK!!!   I bought some and some more and some more after that only to come home   One day to find she threw everything out including my Little Shobox boots.  I could have killed.   200 plus pairs of boots and shoes gone.    How can you be mad at me when you told me to wear them?    Needless to say she is my ex and my gf is awesome and is completely ok with me wearing heels out within and without her.

I wear pumps and boots with stilettos I really don't to many block heels shoes and boots,,,,, a few but not many.  I think the stilettos are the way to go.   Mine are 5,6 and 7 with platforms.

Looking at these pictures brought to mind an incident that occurred years ago when Jenny's Chat site was in still active.

One night while chatting with another long time high heel wearer, another man joined us and asked our advice about wearing 5" heels.  It seemed his wife, tired of his repeated insistence that she dress up, complete with heels, every time they went out to dinner or a night club, told him that if he liked heels so much, why didn't he dress up and wear them.   

Well, after talking with him, he decided to accept his wife's challenge.   Subsequent conversations with him revealed he and his wife went shopping and bought a complete wardrobe for him and a week or so later , they went to dinner at a fine restaurant and had a very enjoyable time.   His wife was enthralled with his appearance dresses as a woman.  So much so that they continued going out at least once a week with him dressed as a woman.  

The last time I chatted with him, he was troubled that his wife kept buying woman's  clothing for him to a point that he was going broke paying for her new purchases. 

 

Thank you so very much!!!!    I try really hard to pick out my attire.  My girlfriend at times says I'm more of a chick then she is,,,,, she may be right when it comes to what heels go with what skirt!!!

6 and 7" with 1-2" platforms.

My go to all time favs are Steve Madden Dejavu's  in black and beige in the pics.  I also just found a pair in leopard!!

My Pleaser Devious Daggers are 6-1/4 single sole with ankle strap that I was in Chicago out and about for 7 hours.  

My usual time out in heels is 5-7 hours  with no problem

I'm a total fan of the platform. Most of my heels have platforms and I just love how they look. In my opinion there is no universal recipe for shoes and how they will look good. Seven for All Mankind Kaylie are awesome skinny flared or boot cut up to 35" inseams 

most all my jeans are 7's.  Legging  jeggings, skinny, super skinny, boot cut, skinny boot cut. For me they are the best fitting jeans.  They fit like a glove 

I have both single soles and platforms.  I will agree that in some of  single soles, not all of my single soles, I can feel the pavement and pebbles on the sidewalks,  but most are no problem.   I have a few 6 and one 6-1/4 single sole that believe it or not are comfortable and I can walk in them for hours.  The platforms get me a few 5's a lot of 6's and even a handful of 7's!   The 7's really turn heads!!!

They have a 4" heels and a 1 1/2" platform.  They are a size 12 by Cato.

I found them at my favorite thrift store.  I really went to the thrift store just to have someplace to try out my new wig.  The gals at the counter said they really liked it and better then the black one.  When I bought the wig I also bought some black fishnet hose (thanks @CAT for the idea).  When I got home I paired the sandals with the hose and a short denim skirt.

This is going to take some getting used to.

Looks great.  Fishnets are my fav!!!

I'm all 5's , 6 single sole and platform and 7 platform,,,,, look at my albums.  Love wearing heels but just not often enough, only 1-2 times per week
