Wife and I are going to try to plan a vacation to Calif next year. Back to my old stomping grounds around Long Beach and L.A. I was raised around the Whittier, Santa Fe Springs area so maybe a few of us can get together if it works out.

A girl I work with just spent over 300.00 on 4 pair of slides at Dillards. But that was for 4 pair and they were on sale. So then wife and I went shopping, I spent 70.00 on my 5" Steve Madden Mj's and she added to the bill with a oair of knee highs for 99.00 and another pair of blk velvet shoe boots for 59.00. Totals a little over 228.00 for 3 pair. We haven't benn out for a while and just couldn't resist. I have never spent 300.00 on one pair though:penitent:

Just another rememder of why I don't watch TV and haven't for 6 years now. Also saved enough money to buy a suppercharger for my truck.

Yes, thought about that but I want to re do it this comming weekend first. Wife was a little to shakey toward the end. I really wasn't happy with the whole thing. I walked about the length of a 440 around a football field without a problem or sore feet. Never really walked on pavement in 5" heels that far. It was great!

Come on people! Oct 10th is closing in. Arrangements have all been made. Come, let loose, be yourself for a day and have some fun.

My new Steve Madden 5" mj's.

Wife and I went shopping today for something to new to wear to the Canton Ohio heel meet in Oct. This is what we came home with. The boots are hers and the 3 strap 5" heels are mine and fit like a soft glove. Unbelievably easy to walk in.

Depends on the style. Don't own any patent boots. Don't want to attract to much attention. Have a couple pair of patent mj's I wear out in a wing tip style though. So my answer is EITHER.

Come and join the fun on Oct 10th in Canton Ohio at Ruby Tuesdays for lunch and an exciting day of shopping at Beldon Village. Lots and Lots of shoe stores, Ambiance, etc.

I realise this. I'm not going to debate. I and a few others have set the rules for this heel meet and if you don't like them, don't come. Simple.

i never spend double for anything but tend to look for bargains no matter what i'm shopping for. That makes better sense to me. Even the "filthy rich" who can afford most anything they want shop better than that.

Guess I'm blessed. My wife know my passion and has never question if I love heels more than her. She is not as crazy about heels as I am and we both know this but she supports me 110%. Not saying she doesn't love heels, just not as much as me and you all know what I mean. We go shoe shopping together, she picks out heels I might like and I do the same for her. Yes we both try on in store. In turn for her excepting me and my passion for shoes, I have taken an interest in her sewing business and have learned to do custom embroidery. This is also something we work together on. It's an even swap. Hopefully this gives you guys some ideas, not necessarily sewing but learning to find a interest in your SO's passion what ever it may be. Share and share alike. Worked for me!
